Galvyris – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Android app Galvyris(package com.galvyris.galvyris), operated byNoel Dario Andres – Digital Solutions.

2. Data we process

  • Account: email and password (sign-up/sign-in) or anonymous guest session.
  • Game profile: player name, empire progress, planets, fleets, alliance, chat and event data stored on our backend (Supabase).
  • Device settings: language and local preferences (Shared Preferences).
  • Notifications: with permission, local reminders (e.g. completed builds/research). No promotional push ads.
  • Purchases (planned): in-app purchases via Google Play Billing; payment is processed by Google.

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to operate the multiplayer service, manage accounts, persist game progress, provide support and — if enabled — send reminders. Legal bases include GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract/service) and (a) (consent, e.g. notifications).

4. Multiplayer visibility

Galvyris is a persistent multiplayer game. Your player name, alliance info and certain in-game actions may be visible to other players by design.

5. Processors

  • Supabase — backend database and authentication.
  • Google Play — distribution, pre-registration, future IAP and Play integrity services.

6. Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your Galvyris account and related personal data at any time:

  1. Email info@noel.marketingwith subject “Galvyris account deletion”.
  2. Include the email address you used to register in the app (if any).
  3. We confirm receipt and usually delete the account and game profile within30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Deleted data includes: account (email/auth), player name, empire and game progress, planets, fleets, alliance, chat and event data in our database.

Retention: Legally required records (e.g. billing via Google Play) may be kept longer. Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days after deletion.

Guest sessions without registration can only be deleted if you provide a unique reference (e.g. player ID from the app).

7. Retention

Account and game data are kept while your account is active. See section 6 for deletion.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object. Contact: info@noel.marketing.

9. Children

Galvyris is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is available atgalvyris.com/en/privacy-policy.
