Galvyris – Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Android app Galvyris(package com.galvyris.galvyris), operated byNoel Dario Andres – Digital Solutions.

2. Data we process
- Account: email and password (sign-up/sign-in) or anonymous guest session.
- Game profile: player name, empire progress, planets, fleets, alliance, chat and event data stored on our backend (Supabase).
- Device settings: language and local preferences (Shared Preferences).
- Notifications: with permission, local reminders (e.g. completed builds/research). No promotional push ads.
- Purchases (planned): in-app purchases via Google Play Billing; payment is processed by Google.
3. Purposes & legal bases
We process data to operate the multiplayer service, manage accounts, persist game progress, provide support and — if enabled — send reminders. Legal bases include GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract/service) and (a) (consent, e.g. notifications).
4. Multiplayer visibility
Galvyris is a persistent multiplayer game. Your player name, alliance info and certain in-game actions may be visible to other players by design.
5. Processors
- Supabase — backend database and authentication.
- Google Play — distribution, pre-registration, future IAP and Play integrity services.
6. Retention
Account and game data are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by email.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object. Contact: info@noel.marketing.
8. Children
Galvyris is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is available atgalvyris.com/en/privacy-policy.
